飲食店の開業に必要な資格として、「食品衛生責任者」があります。これは各都道府県が実施する食品衛生責任者養成講習を受講すれば、誰でも取得できる資格で、早速東京都の食品衛生協会が主催する講習会に参加してきました。
申し込み方法は、まず食品衛生協会のホームページで講習会の日程を確認し、希望する日程を所定の申し込み用紙（ホームページからダウンロード）に記入し、返信用封筒（返信先の住所氏名を明記、80円切手貼付）を同封の上、協会宛に郵送します。そうすると約一週間ほどで、受講票が送られてきます。受講料は１万円で、講習会当日に受付で支払います。
さて講習会の内容ですが、全部で３つにわかれ、第一部が「衛生法規」、第二部が「公衆衛生学」、そして第三部が「食品衛生学」。いずれも食品衛生法のなかから、資格取得に必要な部分をピックアップし解説していくという流れです。講義時間は全部で約６時間、一番難しいのは、こういっては何ですが眠気との闘いでした。
あと最後には簡単なテスト（全問不正解などよっぽどのことがない限り、不合格にはなりません）があり、その日のうちに資格が授与されます。
講習会を受けてみての感想ですが、やはり一番気をつけなければならないのは食中毒。ちょっとした不注意から食中毒というのは発生するものだと、改めて気づかされました。
衛生管理というのは、飲食業を営む上での基本であり最優先事項だということを肝に銘じた一日でした。

食品衛生責任者は定期的に保健所等のセミナー・講習会を受ける義務があります。まだとれたてのホヤホヤなので、すぐに受ける必要はありませんが、時間をみてはどんどん受けるつもりです。

Hey this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
